Dr. Inz is the founder of Inz Engineering. He is a Clinical Psychologist with more than thirty years of research and clinical experience working in the areas of behavioral medicine and medical psychology. Dr. Inz has also founded and directs the Medical Psychology Center. He was previously an Instructor in Psychology at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Gullans is a scientist, author, entrepreneur, and Venture Capital investor with extensive experience in executive leadership for various biotech and medical device companies. He is a former CEO of a public biotech company, served on the board of over 30 companies, and a former Harvard Medical School professor.

Tom Hunter is a serial healthcare entrepreneur. From 2016 to 2020 he was CEO for iHope network, a behavioral telehealth company that was sold to Headspace. He has an extensive startup, marketing and sales background in behavioral health, healthcare software and AI.

Matthias is a data scientist and prolific inventor with over ten years of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning software development experience. He has filed 17 AI and signal processing patents. He received his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Technical University Munich and is the Founder & CEO of AIM Manufactory.

Alessia is the Practice Manager of the Medical Psychology Center and has 10 years experience in operations. She has clinical experience working for the In-Home Therapy team at Beth Israel Lahey Health. She has a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University.
